Awesome (Re)discovery of The Week: Kiwi Crate

The only thing we love more than discovering something brilliant, shiny, and new is learning that an old favorite has reinvented itself. Love when that happens.

Just last week, we were pushed to the brink of insanity when it rained 3 days in a row and our bored kids all but lit the house on fire. In an effort to be more prepared next time, we went to sign up for Kiwi Crate, thinking our kids must finally be old enough for their super-fun (and sneaky educational) art projects delivered monthly.

Come to find out, they’ve been very busy over there! They still have Kiwi Crate for the 5-8 set, but they now have something for every other age too:

Cricket Crate: Milestone boxes for babies 0-36 months that come with books, toys, and developmental resources.
Koala Crate: Think Kiwi Crate but for kids 3-4.
Doodle Crate: DIY crafts that introduce cool techniques for those ages 9-16.
Tinker Crate: STEM projects (think fiber optic stars!) for ages 9-16.

We can’t wait for the next rainy day – we’ll be binge-watching The Handmaiden’s Tale (hopefully) uninterrupted.
